Shipping


PLEASE READ OUR SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE SHIPPING & DELIVERY OF ORDERS

On placement of an order, customers accept the following terms and conditions:

  • All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being fulfilled.  This excludes weekends and public holidays
  • Orders which are placed after 10AM AEST will be shipped on the following business day

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Shipping is charged at a FLAT RATE of $10 for deliveries anywhere within Australia. You can choose express shipping for $15.

FREE SHIPPING is offered for any order OVER $75 and FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING is offered for any order OVER $120.

All of our orders are shipped using AUSTRALIA POST.  Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days for metropolitan areas.  Delivery times to regional areas are likely to take up to 3 days

On fulfilment of an order, customers will receive an email confirming the items shipped and an Australia Post tracking number

LOCAL DELIVERY

There is local delivery availability for those in the Ballarat area.  If eligible the option will present at checkout.  Local delivery means that the items will be delivered to the specified address either same day or the following business day. Items will be left in a safe location.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • ELAINE AVENUE is not responsible for deliveries that are lost, stolen or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers must provide correct shipping/delivery information for an order. ELAINE AVENUE is not responsible for items that are shipped to the wrong address.
  • Delivery times may vary due to Australia post schedules and external factors such as holidays periods and public holidays.
  • Delivery pricing is provided in AUD


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

ELAINE AVENUE ships to NEW ZEALAND. Shipping is charged at the following rates:

  • AUD$18 for small/medium deliveries
  • AUD$37 for bulky items (jackets, large items).

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING is offered for any order OVER AUD$120.

All of our orders are shipped using AUSTRALIA POST.  Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

The estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days.

On fulfilment of an order, customers will receive an email confirming the items shipped and an Australia Post tracking number

 

PACKAGING

Commencing June 2023, Elaine Avenue uses HERO PACKAGING. 

HEROPACKS are made from home-compostable materials, mainly corn starch and PBAT (a compostable ingredient which bonds the renewable ingredients together).
