Refund & Returns Policies

ELAINE AVENUE has a 14 day return policy for orders shipped within Australia.

We do not issue refunds, however we are happy to provide a store credit if you simply change your mind or need to exchange if the garment meets the following conditions:

- Must have not been worn or used
- Must not have any stains
- Must not smell including odours such as perfume or washing powder
- Have all original labels and tags still in tack
- Is received within the timeframes above

Store credit will only be issued once the item is received and inspected by ELAINE AVENUE. Postage costs of the return shipping is at the customers expense unless deemed faulty.

If you're looking to return a faulty item, please contact us via email in business hours so we can resolve this for you.

Please note:

- Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your item.
- Approved returns will be issued a store credit and an email will be sent with the details of the store credit and instructions on how to redeem.
- If an exchange is requested, a new order will be required to be placed using the store credit on our website
